Roberta Gougler West, loving wife of Perry West and a twelve-year resident of Rarity Bay, Fla.,, passed away Friday, June 9, 2017, surrounded by her loved ones. She is survived by her son, Scott (Lynn) West, daughter Linda (Kevin) Miller and wonderful grandchildren Hailey, Caitlyn, Matthew and Ryan. She is preceded in death by husband Perry, sister Susan Gougler and her parents Robert and Ruth Gougler.
