WILLIAM "BILL" J. COLLIGAN, 27, of Hillsborough, and formerly of SOUTH PLAINFIELD died on Friday, April 11, at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, New Brunswick, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born in Buffalo, N.Y., and lived in South Plainfield before moving to Hillsborough in 1990. William was a self-employed tattoo artist. He was a member of BTU, the Brooklyn Tattoo Union. Bill enjoyed art, drawing, motorcycles and music. Surviving are his parents, Scott and Mary Colligan of Hillsborough; his brother John Colligan of Secaucus; his grandmothers, Helen Honan and Sandra Colligan, both of Buffalo; and Holly, the family dog.
