Dear son of the late Dr. Elmer S. and Alison D. Blake. Devoted father of Peter Prescott, Samuel Prescott and his wife Janet, Debra Crosby, Rebecca Patterson, and Samuel P. Blake Jr. Cherished grandfather of 14 grandchildren. Proud great grandfather of one. Loving brother of Richard and Bradford Blake.
He was a former federal employee of the Natick Army Labs.
Graveside services at the Plymouth Rock Cemetery, 1000 Pearl Street, Brockton, MA, on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 1 pm.
