Russell was survived by: Wife Linda, daughter Becky, grandson Adam, brother Richard

Russell passed away peacefully at home with Hospice care on April 28, 2016 after a 5 year struggle with Muscular Dystrophy and Alzheimer's. Russell's passion for golf followed him throughout his life and career. When he discovered Hawaii his passion expanded to chasing the little white ball on many courses in Maui and Kauai. He was a dear friend to many, a loving father and husband and will be greatly missed.
