Lloyd D Bowers
From 7th grade t'ill 12th...we were great "buddies"!
He went on to date ..and marry.. No children.
He was very talented in music! I played piano and he would back me up with
Uke, or (beautiful...Martin) bass uke.
He had a semi/full concert organ that he mastered. When I visited a few times a week(end).
His parents were there...and listened to me..(pick up the Uke), George
and "JAM"..! (I was not as good as he)!! But we had fun!
Years passed ...we did show up at the 25th...at the country club! Have the picture!
(shared a cab! because we didn't know how much...FUN we might have)!
The rest is history. I am and Elk (at the time)..and someone asked me while I was there...in conversation...
(Kalni High..65 grad...Lived in NIU VALLEY...and the other "stuff's")? confirming that I knew George.
That was when I found out, a "buddy/pal" .....was gone.
It wasn't too much later that I moved to Florida.
It is a coast to another coast, "appaarrt"....but, we can still keep the "Aloha"...
Keep in touch...Meke Aloha Pumehana... : ) !
