I contacted Lisa's sister, Ellen, and learned that Lisa had remitting/recurring MS that went undiagnosed for over 20 years. She was living in Baton Rouge and staying with Ellen while her husband was out of town on business. Ellen said she went outside to take a walk and never returned. It took the authorities from Tuesday until Saturday to locate her and when they found her she had passed away from heart failure. Her husband passed away about four years ago but her daughter still lives in Baton Rouge.
For those of you who remember her grandmother, Vera Davis (Meemie), she also has passed away but lived to be 98 years old.
