Cynthia Richards Ray, 33, died Saturday at her home in Camarillo, Calif.

A native of Hope, Ms. Ray was a nurse, and a member of the Assembly of God.

She is survived by her stepfather and mother, Sam and Ann Bass of Camarillo; one brother, David Bass of Camarillo; one sister, Debbie Foster of Camarillo; and her grandmother, Mrs. Carrie Walker of Hope.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Herndon Funeral Home with the Rev. Dewey Daniels officiating. Burial will be in Ayers Cemetery near Hope.
