Douglas Byrd

Douglas Byrd, formerly of Hope, died Monday night in a Dallas, Tex. hospital after a long illness.  He was the son of Wanda Keith Byrd of Hope and the late Claude Byrd.

Byrd is survived by his mother and several aunts and uncles.

Memorial services are to be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Spartman Hillcrest Funeral Home in Dallas.
