Obituaries
Dan Stuart
Dan Stuart, age 22, of Old Blevins Road, died at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday of injuries receivd in a motorcycle accident on Highway 29 about one-half mile north of Hope.
He was a 1970 graduated of Hope High School, and a 1974 graduate of the University of Arkansas. His parents are Mr. an Mrs. Crit Stuart Jr., of Hope.
Other survivors include two brothers, Crit Stuart III and Jim Stuart; two sisters, Rebecca Stuart and Catherine Stuart; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.Crit Stuart Sr., all of Hope; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. N.N. Daniel of Prescott.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Oakcrest Funeral Home.

I bet just about everyone in our class still remembers Dan even after all these years. What a sense of humor! Funny the things that stick with you. I moved to Hope in the fourth grade and was so behind in math that the teacher assigned Dan to tudor me during recess. He was, of course, thrilled. I learned how to mutiply because of him. God bless.
