James Morrison

James C. Morrison, 57, of Hope died November 1, 2009, at a Texarkana hospital.  He was born September 3, 1952.

He leaves to celebrate his life, his wife, Shirley, and five children, one son, James C. Morrison, Jr.; four daughters, Carolyn( Alexis) Ntonga, Helen (Rodriguez) Eafford, Andreka Darryl Allen, and Kimberly Morrison; his parents, Helen and Charlie Howard; five brothers, Junior D. Johnson, Jr., James M, Morrison, Billy James Morrison, William C. Morrison, and Jamie Morrison; 10 sisters, Linda Moss, Helen Howard, Charlene Stevenson, Rosemary Maxfield, Janet Phillips, Loretta Cook, Brenda J. Morrison, Charlotte M. Morrison Ford, and Emma J. Morrison; 16 grandchildren; one great grandchild, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah Witnesses on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 2 pm in Hope.  Food will be served after the services at Hope High School cafeteria.  Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Hicks Funeral Home, Inc., in Hope.
