Kivet Wreyford

HOPE--Kivet E. Wreyford, 51, of Hope, died Saturday, January 8, 2005, at a local hospital. He was born November 1, 1953, in Minden, La., to Leamon Kivet and Hazel E. Owen Wreyford. He was a Baptist and a disable Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his father, L. K. Wreyford.

Survivors include his wife, of 25 years, Lois Garrett Wreyford, of Hope; two sons, Jamie Kivet Wreyford, and Timothy Dale Wreyford, both of Hope; one daughter, Kristi Rose Wreyford, of Hope; his mother, Hazel Owen Wreyford, of Shreveport, La., one brother, Ronnie Wreyford and Laura, of Hope; one sister, Johnnie Wreyford Palmer, of Shreveport, La., and several aunts, uncles, and other relatives.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel in Hope with Reverend Charles Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Lamartine Cemetery in Waldo. Arrangements are by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope. Family will received friends Monday, January 10 from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Oakcrest.
