I remember D.J. from Newtown creek days..swimming..and playing down there during the summer...and his Dads Bar...and when he turned 16...getting that new 64 SS Impala convertibal...what a beautiful car...Times were allot simplier then...I hope he enjoyed life...May D.J. rest in peace..!

I met Deej when I moved to town freshman year and got to know him best when I was invited to "fill coolers" at his Dad's place. Many really good, hilarious and bizarre times over the next several years. We survived our folly;) I haven't lived in the area for many years now, but a couple years ago I found an old Instamatic photo of DJ and his Dad. Sully Sr was a great guy, as was his son. I was visiting Ithaca and figured I'd try to find him as I hadn't seen him in probably 15-20 yrs. I was unaware that he had passed until finding out here. I waited to long and waited for what? We're a long time gone!  Happy Trails, DJ!

D.J was one of my favorite pals in h.s. and is a shock to hear he has passed away. We used to have such fun cutting up in shop class together. I remember him as a basketball player and young and athletic. What a fun guy. Always with a smile and a laugh. I had always wanted to lok him up in Ithaca, also. Never did. Now I really wish I had.
