Tom and me became close friends after high school. A number of us use to meet at Tom's house or hang out in the parking lot behind the PNB bank. Mrs. Dillon was a sweetheart. When Tom was drafted in 1968, I often visited her and I also took care of his 1958 Thunderbird. Tom was an Army Combat Medic who was wounded in Vietnam. I remember Tom buying a new Camoro Convertable and we double dated a few times. I was with Tom the night he met Judy Grass who became his wife. I was overseas when Tom and Judy were married. My folks attended his wedding and I still have their wedding picture. As the years moved on, I lost contact with Tom but I knew he lived in Aston, Pa with his family.
I went searching for Tom a few years ago and discovered he passed away in June of 1998. Through the Vietnam Veterans of America, I found out Tom was buried at Arlington National Cemetary.
