Keith Joe Schoenberg , 51, peacefully passed away surrounded by family and friends on Monday November 12, 2012. Keith was a proud 30 year veteran of the Houston Fire Department; he also served the community of Pearland as an EMT.
Keith was born in Bryan, Texas to Don and Janet Schoenberg; He was raised in Houston where he graduated from Broadway Baptist High School. In 1982, Keith graduated from the Houston Fire Department Academy. Keith was preceded in death by his father Don C. Schoenberg and grandparents Joseph and Velma Schoenberg. Keith is survived by his daughter Amanda Ruiz and husband Mauricio Jr. and grandson Ethan Ruiz of Belton, Texas; mother Janet Schoenberg; three brothers, Don C. Schoenberg, Jr., Wayne Schoenberg and Neal Schoenberg.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 15, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, and the Funeral Service will be Friday, November 16, at 10:00am, both held at Niday Funeral Home - Beamer Chapel. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Somerville, Texas.
