I spent the last twenty plus years in the restaurant/ hospitality industry. I spent quite a few years battling serious illnesses and now am finally enjoying relatively goood health. I recently relocated to Mckinney, Texas and love it. I work for a local hotel (International Chain) and am currently overseeing the kitchen. Back to doing what I do best. I thought I would hate living in a hick town but it has a certain cahrm. I have been blessed with making a lot of good friends and love my job. Besides I am only 40 minutes from Dallas.
