What would we be surprised to know about you?

Now that I am single again, I am learning more about myself and what makes me whole. Putting God first in my life and family is the most important thing.

2012 Remarried my first love after 30 years apart. My family is reunited with the Grace of God. We have endured alot and made us stronger.

School Story:

Not much to tell. Pretty quite in school. Cosmetology classes in the 11th and 12th grade. Loved dancing.

What did you want to do or think you were going to do when you finished high school?

After high school my focus was being a hairdresser, then when my first child was born all I wanted to do was be a stay at home mom. 3 kids kept me busy but managed to join a tennis team which pretty much kept me in shape. Then my life was shattered, seperation which lead to a divorce, I became a working mom in the corporate world which was exciting and scary. Tried new relationships that failed, who would have known, but God that my life was destined to reunite with my first love, the father of my 3 children.

What and where was your 1st job? Do you remember how much you were paid?

My fist job was a hairdresser at a little shop on Littleyork. Work under a very sweet lady Nora Beth.

I remember at times making more money than my husband but it couldnt have been much back in the days.

Favorite Quote

"When God leads you to the edge of the cliff, trust Him Fully and let go, only 1 or 2 things will happen, either He'll catch you when you fall, or He'll teach you how to fly!"

Famous or interesting people you've met?

I have a small group of church friends that inspire me. They keep me focused and they may not be "famous" to others, but in the eyes of God they are to me and I need them so much.

Ever been on TV? Tell us all about it.

Oh No, but some times I feel like my LIFE could have been on Opra or Dr.Phil, if you know what I mean.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Tennis was my passion while my children were small but now my passion is spending time with my Grandkids. I enjoy going to the movies and dinner.

Rving is fun especially when my kids / grandkids come alone and sharing the fun with my brother and his wife.

Name something you dearly love. and why?

Life is too short and love is too important not to be around your family as much as possible, so my answer would be FAMILY

Comments:

My life has many ups and downs but thank God for good health, many friends and family that love me.

Any words of wisdom?

Stay true to yourself, Love God and follow his word

Is there a moment in your life that stands out? A moment that defines who you are? Other than kids being born or your wedding day.

Have you ever met someone and knew instantly that you wanted to be their Best Friend? During one of my down times, a new co-worker and I began a relationship. I really believe God sent Carol to watch over me and feel me with the Holy Spirit. I witnessed her love for God and her family that gave me hope and filled me with spiritual guidiance. A journey that I am still on! thank you Carol Boone Vackar for loving me unconditional.
