Oh man, who remembers studing greek mythology in his english class? I remember Lisa Helmer being in my class, but not many others. A big part of that might have been because she sat by me...LOL. He was a interesting character. I remember a group of guys who decided to MOVE his car, no they did not have the keys, the literally picked up the back of it and turned it. I also had Mr. Delaney for Key Club and taking the Special Ed kids to the mall at Christmas time. Talk about a feild trip, everyone else at school, we were at the mall....LOL. I even remember who my partner was on that trip...those were the days.
It was me Jason Hutchins, Philip Mladenka and Oscar Coronado that picked up Mr. Delaney's car and turned it so that he couldn't pull out of his parking space. He was a little ticked to say the least. Although he was an odd little fella, I can definately say he was my favorite teacher throughout my school years.
Mr. Delaney passed away on July 4, 1987. If you have any further information on his passing, please send it to me so that I may post it.
