Phil Junkin
           1949-2021

Phillip Allen "Phil" Junkin was born July 2, 1949.  Phil passed away on June 25, 2021 in Tyler, Texas.  He was 71 years old.

Phil studied at the University of Houston and Neuroscience/neuro therapy at the Uniaversity of North Texas.  He also studied LCDC (licensed chemical dependency counselor) at the University of Texas, Tyler.  He also studied Neuro Therapist Training at the Univeristy of Texas.

Phil spent the majority of his adult life helping people with substance abuse.  He was one of the original founding board members of Sacred Path, Inc.  Sacred Path has recovery houses for men and women.
