Mark Oge Bertrand                                                            
         1950 - 2022

Mark was born Jan. 4, 1950, in Bexar County, Texas.  He was the son of Charles Hermogene Bertrand, Jr. (1907-1998) and his wife, Jocarle Johnston Bertrand (1914-1960). 

Mark served as a SP5, U.S. Army, in Vietnam. 
He married Patricia Lee Elifritz about 1972.  In 1981, they had a son, 
Carter Troy Betrand.  
Mark passed away on August 18, 2022, in Abilene, Texas.  He is buried in the Texas State Veterans Cemetery at Abilene.
