Wade Wilder
1949-2004
Wade was born October 13, 1949, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He was the son of Horace Wilder (1925-2006) and his wife, Frances Wade Wilder (1926-2008).
His sister, Marlana Wilder Stefancin, (b. 1951), passed away a year before Wade, November 27, 2003.
Wade passed away on December 22, 2004. He was 54 years old.

I remember Wade since the 4th grade at Shadow Oaks Elem. school. He was my first boyfriend... as much as you can call it that at 9 or 10 yrs old. They say you never forget your first boyfriend.... Wade was hard to forget. He was a great guy, and I could not believe that he had passed away.I remember going to the skating rink on the Katy Frwy w/ Wade and Marlana. While I was soooo proud of myself for being able to just stay up on the skates (or embarrished for all the times I fell on my butt.... not gracefully either), he and Marlana were like pros. If I remember correctly they had entered competions together.... and won alot. I always thought they could have gone pro. They were that good!!!!!
I was so sadded to hear of Marlana passing. when I heard about Wade I was heartbroken. Does anyone know the circumstances on his passing?
Wade..... you will never be forgotten. You were truly a sweet guy.
