Elouise Griffin Ruhe Wilson

1928-2020

Elouise Griffin Ruhe Wilson passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at the age of 91 in Memphis, Tennessee.

Elouise was born in Daisetta, Texas on December 18, 1928 to Dave and Berttie Griffin.  She graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's degree in Education.  She was a teacher for more than 20 years.

She is survived by three of her four children; Sandra Buczynski and her husband, Tony of Escondido, California, Thomas Ruhe and his wife, Marilou of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Mary Bertes and her husband, Lester of Collierville, Tennessee.  She is also survived by her five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Dave Roberts and her husbands, Robert W. Ruhe and William Wilson.

A graveside service was held at 11:00 on Monday, October 19, 2020 at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
