Jeffrey Ralph Briner,66, died on Saturday, September 8, 2012 in the ICU at Presbyterian Hospital. His wife of almost 27 years, Kathryn Stevens Briner, was by his side. Jeff was born in Houston, Texas on November 30, 1945, to Andrew and Muriel Briner. His adult life was spent in the greater Charlotte area.
A member of the "Little People," Jeff had a BIG personality. A gifted communicator and writer, draftsman, NASCAR fan, dog lover, model builder, radio operator, son, husband, son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and friend.- Jeff will be greatly missed. God speed, Jeffrey. In memory of Jeffrey, be kind to someone less fortunate.
