Jeanette Dalio Carr passed away on April 25, 2014 in Austin, Texas. She is survived by her husband, David Paul Carr and her daughter, Kristen Marie Carr.
They say there are angels among us, and fortunately I have lived with one for 38 years. Her love and inspiration has helped guide me and those whom she has touched. Jeanette will be missed but her spirit lives on with those who were dear to her. Jeanette is survived by her husband David Paul Carr, her daughter Kristen Marie Carr, her two sisters Mary Poncio and Toni Fegers, and her brother Carl Dalio.
miss her "whatcha doin'" greetings on the phone and a giggle so infectious that it made the sun shine on the cloudiest of days. Jeanette meant what she said and she lived by what she said. She was there to reassure me during a time when I thought my heart would break, insisting to me that I would survive. She...

A piece of my heart is broken for the loss of my Sister "Jeanette". I will miss my daily talks, always sharing her thoughts with me. That was my sister, guiding, caring, a strong person who taught me to be even stronger in so many ways. I loved her so very much.
Dave and Kristen, I pray for you both for your great loss, and that you find comfort and love in each other.

What a beautiful soul was our dear, dear Jeanette. Her wisdom, her authenticity, her aquamarine eyes that saw with a knowledge of the ages, Jeanette was the real deal. I miss her "whatcha doin'" greetings on the phone and a giggle so infectious that it made the sun shine on the cloudiest of days. Jeanette meant what she said and she lived by what she said. She was there to reassure me during a time when I thought my heart would break, insisting to me that I would survive. She absolutely wouldn't let me give up on myself. I know she did that with others as well.
Jeanette was a wonderful, devoted wife to my brother Dave and made for him and their daughter Kris a comfortable, beautiful home filled with her love, creativity and spirit. I am so very grateful for their time together.
I join the family in celebrating Jeanette. She was an angel among us. And I am confident she now is singing joyously with the heavenly host and polishing the halos of those there who may be in need of a helping hand.
