ROYLYN FAY ANDERSON, 51, a middle school student counselor with the Fort Worth ISD, died Tuesday, March 12, 2002 in Fort Worth.
Roylyn Fay Anderson was born January 3, 1951 in Houston. She was a member of the Arabian Horse Club, Texas Teachers Association, Texas Counselors Association and a team mom. She was an LVN for 25 years. Survivors: Husband of 28 years, Richard A. Anderson; sons, Richard Jason Anderson and his wife, Meredith, of Houston, Jeremy C. Anderson of Fort Worth, Patrick S. Anderson of Fort Worth; parents, Calvin R. and Anita F. Lott of Fort Worth; brother, Calvin R. Lott, Jr. and his wife, Kathy of Fort Worth; and niece, Anita A. Lott.

I'll always remember Roylyn as a gentle and sweet person, who often kept me company, as we waited for school to open. She never had a negative thing to say about anyone. I'm sure she was a wonderful nurse, and touched many lives. RIP Roylyn.
