B was a friend that was in our group after high school.  I remember during gym class, everyone would put on the boxing gloves (16 ounces each glove) and slug it out for 2 or 3 - 3 minute rounds.  No one in our class was anywhere near B's size so I always boxed with him and I was just about 5'-7" and 120 pounds.  He would always land a big hammer on me and make me dizzy.  He would just laugh as I tried to stay standing.  My wife (Sandy Miller) also knew B and we visited him in the hospital before he died.  We were all very young and it was not easy seeing one of my long time friends dying.  He was really a giving and caring person.  We still miss his smile and laugh.  We'll see you on the other side B.

I knew B since the first grade. Lost track of him after I went to college. But will always remember his warm smile and uplifting character. He had a big heart. Does anyone know how he died. Alan posted that he saw him in the hospital prior to his passing. I would like to know.
