Gwen was my first date. Thanks Gwen for saying yes. She was sweet and kind, always.

Gwen was and probably still is as the eulogy describes: the personification of brightness in and for other people's lives. She certainly was for me, treating me always with respect, dignity, kindness and caring. She was a Westbury Rebel through and through, and for that enthusiasm which was given to us all, I and all I knew, held her in the highest regard.

Thank you Gwen for gracing our lives with your exuberance, your strength, your caring for us. You contributed greatly to what and who as a people were.

Semper Fi,

Skip Collins (a 1964 classmate and friend)
