Prentiss was a Renaissance man. A cook, artist, poet, writer; and good friend. The world lost a magnificent soul.

Prentiss was a wonderful artist whose talents I regarded as far greater than my own. I admired him in our youth when we were students in Miss Henderson's art class and only regret that I did not know him as an adult.
