Sharon married Larry Branch (class of 1962?). They have two sons and a later daughter. They are Rusty, Ron and Linsey Branch.
Sharon was a dancer with her own dance studio. She had worked at Walnut Bend Elementary School in Houston and before moving to Stephenville, Texas, where she remained for the rest of her life with her family.
Sharon was so talented, inventive and creative. Her home in Stephenville was an owner's dream. She and Larry refinished many antique furniture pieces to enhance their home. Sharon made all the drapes and many of their other home furnishings. She made clothes and collected such keepsakes as old creamers as well as many other items.
Sharon is deeply missed by her family, friends and me.
I would like to a make a special acknowledgement to you Lauren for bringing this information regarding Sharon Thompson Branch to our attention. Larry was in the class of 63. He was in my homeroom (Mrs. McConnell's), in fact, he sat right behind me until Jack Markmon enrolled.
