PAUL KEVIN CARTER, 31, died May 27, 1991. Member of Boy Scout Troop No. 1455, obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout. Graduate of Westbury High School Class of 1978; member of Westbury Baptist Church. Survived by parents, Paul and Ojuana Carter, Houston; sister Denise Turner, Houston; niece and nephew Sarah and Joshua Turner; aunt Jerry Montouri of Maryland. Funeral service: 9:00 a.m. Thursday, May 30, 1991, Earthman Bellaire Chapel, Rev. Bobby Ferguson officiating.
