GENE KEVIN WEBB, 36, died Monday, August 18, 1997, in Dallas, Texas. A resident of Dallas, formerly of Houston. He studied, and was engaged in, costume design for most of his life. Survived by: sisters, Leslie Overton of Dallas, and Michelle Rhodes of Elgin; and nieces, Darlene and Trina Harrison and Brittany and Chelsea Overton. Memorial Service: 11:00 am, Saturday, August 30, 1997, at Cy-Fair Northwest Funeral Home, 9926 Jones Road. In lieu of the usual remembrances, donation may be made tot your favorite charity.

Gene was my very first "Boy friend"...in Andy Anderson Elementry school. He gave me clothing advice even then. I am not surprised he was intrested design. I am saddened to hear he died so young.
