Graduated from Westchester in 1976, then went to Kilgore College and the Sam Houston State; studied criminology. Decided that wasn't for me then attended Houston Community College, studied dental assisting. Got married to a guy in 1984. We moved to GA in 1986. Had a son in 1989, then moved to NC. Had another son in 1992. Divorced in 2000. Came out of the closet that year. Moved to the western North Carolina mountains 2 years ago and retired. Life has never been better!

My good friends my 4 years at Westchester were Kelly Patterson, Karen Ingraffia, Karen Holland, Kathy Bauchspies, Jane Middleton (I always wanted to know you better) and Carol Bender before she left for Strattford. I used to ride horses with Julie Parsons and her big Red horse. Cheri Horn, I always wanted to tell you how sorry I was for trenching your yard that night. Nona Kemp and Cindy Childs and I used to sit at lunch together or was it in Rose Lewis' art class?
I loved Ms Polk and Ms Widner's English class.
Being in Senior girls Tri Theta was the most fun I had at Westchester!
