Sharon Kaye Otis Ragland

Born December 22, 1958 at Naval Station Argentia, Newfoundland, Canada, and died May 20, 2015 in Austin, Texas.  Her parents were Charles Simondson Otis and Better Faye (Freeman). Sharon went to Alief Hastings High School in Houston, lived briefly in Norfolk, VA, and eventually settled in Austin, where she worked at Texas Instruments and Whitley Printing. Sharon is predeceased by her parents,and survived by her 3 daughters, Melissa Ragland Waite, Michelle Ragland Vandermeulen and Kristin Coats, as well as  grandchildren.   Sharon also leaves 2 sisters, Camille Matthews and Colette Otis, and 2 brothers, Lee Otis and David Otis, as well as several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. May 24, 2015 at Church of the Savior, 3402 Little Elm Trail, Austin.
