Lorn Ward

        1948 - 2022

Lorn Douglas Ward was born July 1, 1948 to Leon Louis Ward and Betty Ruth Moore Ward.  Lorn passed away February 12, 2022.

Lorn was a 1st Sgt. in the Marines and retired June, 1987.  He was a former employee at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.  He was also a former Patrol Officer at the Vivian Police Dept. in Vivian, Louisiana.  

He was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine K. Mess Ward, who passed away on Nov. 6, 2016, age 64.  He is survived by his son, Lorn Dustin Ward; two daughters, Kellie Mitchell and Kimie Cremeans.
