I'd love to offer my assistance to do anything that needs to be done onsite.  Do we need to set up a registration table?  Who is making namebadges?   Do you need registration help?  Where can I find a list of persons who have signed up to attend?  I will be in Houston the week of July 30th through August 5th.  I'm not sure who is the head person in charge; does anyone know?
