Stuart Lawrence Caskey “Larry” passed away on January 8, 2024. He is survived by his mother Jaynice Caskey and siblings Jacklyn Caskey, Debbie Yarotsky and Drake Caskey (Alicia). He was also beloved by his nephews Matt Yarotsky (Cambry), Andy Yarotsky (Liz), Grant Caskey (Leah) and Neil Caskey (Megan) and their children Jack Yarotsky, Ellie Yarotsky, Joe Yarotsky, Emma Yarotsky, Ethan Yarotsky, Rowen Caskey, Liv Caskey, Ella Yarotsky, Dean Caskey and Nolan Caskey.

Larry was a 1972 graduate of Spring Woods High School and attended Sam Houston State University studying history before joining and proudly serving in the Air Force. After leaving the Air Force and moving to Denver Colorado, he was involved in the manufacturing industry. After retiring, he moved to Grand Junction, Colorado. In Grand Junction, Larry thrived in his church, playing his guitar in a bluegrass group, hanging out with fellow veterans at the VFW, and counseling veterans. He was extremely patriotic and was always participating in parades and Veterans Day ceremonies.

Larry was born on April 27, 1954, in Houston. He is predeceased by his father James Jackson Caskey as well as many loving Grandparents, Uncles, Aunts and Cousins.
