DAY, Eileen Mary Eileen Mary Day of Spicewood, Tx was 68 when the Lord took her in his arms on August 28, 2018. Eileen was at home, with family and friends when she passed from complication caused by ALS. Eileen was born in Washington, DC on February 15, 1950 to Bernell Mae and Daniel J. O'Connor. With three older brothers, Eileen grew up on a farm in Maryland before moving to Corpus Cristi, Tx in 1956. The family grew with two younger brothers before they moved to California in 1959 where Eileen's younger sister was born. They lived briefly in northern Ca. before settling in Port Hueneme. It is an understatement to say that Eileen loved to sew, sewing for family and friends. With Larry's retirement and commitment to TBM and VCB, she was able to combine travel, great fellowship and sewing for God's Kingdom. Above all, she spent time with the Lord every day. Eileen is survived by her husband, Larry. Her daughter, Laura Sample and husband Trent, her son Nathan LeClair and wife Karenda, and daughter Mae Carter and husband David.
