Lillie Ruth (Diggs) Edwards, 77, of Charlotte NC was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on July 2, 2018. She is survived by her devoted & loving husband of almost 50 years, Charles Edwards, 2 children, daughter Bridget and son, Brett; 4 siblings, Hattie Delores Willis (Alexander) of Matthews, NC, Mary Davis (Stanley) of Charlotte, NC, Larry Diggs (Rhunette) of Charlotte, NC; Timothy Diggs (Linda) 9 nieces & nephews, 13 great nieces & nephews, 3 grand-dogs and countless number of people who loved her.

Her studies & career were in business & accounting. Including tax preparer & instructor and in retail. She was a lifelong servant of the Lord leading roles in ministries at Original Glorious Church of God in Christ in Huntington, WV. She was honored with a host of service awards including National Secretary for State Convention & served as a tireless leader at Real Life Church in Huntington, WV. She was also a faithful member of Life Center International in Charlotte, NC.

She was an avid seamstress and quilt maker. She was a member of Quilters Club in Huntington, WV.
