PENNY STRAW BRAWLEY died February 15, 2001 at her home in Charlotte, NC. She is survived by her husband, Reid Haynes Brawley; three sons, Kirk, Casey and Chris, and three grandchildren. Penny was the Women's Varsity Tennis Coach at the University of North Carolina. We will of course remember Penny as an outstanding tennis player at Huntington High School. Penny also served as the vice president of the senior class at HHS and she was also the treasurer of the Student Council.
