Obituary for Charles Jan Clausen

Charles Jan Clausen, 80, of Huntington, WV, died Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at St. Mary's Medical Center. A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Jan was born April 25, 1941, in Huntington, WV a son of the late Charles and Maxine Clausen. He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte. Jan was a retired Certified Nurse Anesthetist was last employed at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was a member of the Crossroads United Methodist Church. Survivors include his children: one daughter, Laura Lynn (Burke) Beaumont of Tucson, AZ; one son, Eric Jan Clausen of Knoxville, TN; and four grandchildren, Ethan, Andrew, Samuel and Charlotte Clausen.Online condolences may be sent to www.chapmans-mortuary.com.
