God, I hated high school. Absolutely hated it. I somehow squeaked by without being destroyed. My close friendship with Wayne Suns helped tremendously (thanks, Wayne!). My life improved dramatically over time - which I suppose makes me sort of a "late bloomer."
After graduation, I went to Auburn where I earned a BS in electrical engineering in '92. Stayed on to get a MSEE in '95. To my own surprise, I returned to Huntsville where I worked for several years. In 2003, I took a job at Georgia Tech here in Atlanta, where I do applied research in multi-sensor data processing. To my further surprise, I recently enrolled part time in school here at Tech to pursue a PhD in ECE.
All things considered, I am doing very well these days. I hope to hear from many of you who have not yet put up profiles. I dearly hope to make the reunion. Warm wishes to everyone...
