Jeffrey Eubanks

I graduated from the University of North Alabama in '96 in Economics and Finance, but I also discovered my passion for cooking there as well. UNA is where I met Michelle, to whom I've been married for 21 years. We live in Florence with our two daughters, Maeve and Ally, and our two dogs, Olive and Tini.
I'm the Executive Chef at the Marriott Shoals Hotel & Spa, which means I walk back and forth a lot between our three kitchens at Swampers Bar & Grill, 360 Grille, and the Marriott Shoals Conference Center.
When I'm not working, I enjoy going to concerts, gardening, drinking bourbon, and, believe it or not, cooking.
