This is the obituary than ran in the Huntsville Times:
James Middleton Prevost
(March 9, 1972 - June 13, 2010)
James "Jamie" Middleton Prevost, 38, died Sunday in an accident. Born in Huntsville, he graduated from Huntsville High and UAH, and was employed as a mechanical engineer at Yulista Management Services. James enjoyed boating, racing and restoring cars, flying airplanes, his dogs, his family, and his friends.
James is mourned by his mother, Lillian Prevost Knox and husband, John William Knox, of Tupelo, MS; his father, Stanley Prevost and wife, Jeanne Fisher Prevost, of Huntsville; brother, Michael Prevost and wife, Maleah Prevost, of Huntsville and their three children, Michael Andrew (12), Bethany Mikayla (9), and Joshua Caleb (5). His untimely death has left a huge void in the lives of all his friends and family. We will miss his playful smile and all the things his bright mind could have accomplished. He was loved and will be remembered by many.
A memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home followed by visitation and fellowship among family and friends.
James loved animals, and memorial contributions to the Ark in Huntsville are welcome.
