I remember Paul as having a warm personality and a positive outlook on life. He was very bright and thoughtful in his dealings with others. He had incredible upper body strength. I enjoyed my time with him very much and consider him a friend. Paul will be missed.

Pauk and I did some interesting things together.  We would go to the rock quarry near the Huntsville airport and shoot crows with a .22 rifle.  We took the crows feet to the county and they would gove us shotgun shells as a bounty.  We hunted ducks abd geese near Decatur together several times.  I alway enjoyed having classes with Paul as we would discuss subjects and share our opinions.  Being around him was a pleasure because of his calm and quiet demeaner.  A few years ago while attending an Alum lucheon I went to his home in Madison, but a neighbor informed me he was not doing well and had moved to SC.  I left a note but never heard fron him. I am sorry to hear of his passing.  My comdolences to his family and all who knew him.

I knew Paul in both Junior and High School. Our friendship extended far beyond to this day. There are many memories I hold dear to me. Especially when we took a trip to Panama City and my TR3 broke down. We had to stay on the beach for a few more days ! Those were good times. Although we lived in different states, we always got together when I visited Huntsville. It was always a pleasure to see Paul and his wife Melissa. You could always count on Paul for his advice and expertise in any situations. Paul was a person that when he spoke you knew he was telling the truth and exactly what he thought, good or bad, sometimes combined with wit and humor. He was known to be an excellent bridge player. He was also outstanding at poker, no need to ask me how I know.  After Melissa had passed away he moved to North Carolina to be closer to his daughter. We still kept in touch thru Skype and phone calls. I know Paul and Melissa are once again together. Rest in peace.
