Maurice E. Wagner, 80, of Huntsville died Sunday. He was a member of the Valley United Methodist Church. He was active in the Kiwanis Club South Huntsville and a guidance counselor at Huntsville High School for 22 years.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Margaret Jean Wagner; four children, Michael Wagner of Huntsville, Janet Louise Wagner of Knoxville, Rebecca Richbourg of Pensacola, Fla., and Gary Wagner of Madison; brother, Richard Wagner of Lafayette, Ind.; grandchildren, Matthew, Cory, and Britney Wagner, Dixy Yong, Oliver and Jason Street, and a great-grandchild, Kate Street.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery in Huntington, Ind.
