Betty M. Gentry, 62, of Huntsville, died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2002.

Mrs. Gentry was a Huntsville High School counselor for 31 years and a member of Hope Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include a son, William Joseph Gentry of New Market; three brothers, William Mosley of Jonesborough, Tenn., Samual H. Mosley of Manchester, Md. and Ray Mosley of Bakersville, N.C.; a sister, Mary Stella Mosley of Salisbury, N.C. and her mother, Jane Mosley of Johnson City, Tenn.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jim Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
