Ann Straughn Millsap, 82, of Huntsville passed away Tuesday.

Mrs. Millsap was a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta and Alpha Lambda Delta. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. During the 1960s and 1970s, she taught biology at Huntsville Junior High School and at Huntsville High School. 

Survivors include her husband, William J. Millsap; sons, William Jay Millsap of Ashville, N.C., and Pensacola, Fla., and Robert Andrew Millsap and wife Barbara of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and two grandsons, Andrew L. Millsap and Alexander Lucas Millsap of Murfreesboro.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Coy Hallmark and Glen Connors officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
