Frances Harris Stansky, 88 of Madison, passed away on December 8, 2023.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Bernard Stansky; sons, Mike Stansky (Barbara), Hyman Stansky (Faith), Rod Stansky (Michelle); 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; siblings, Robert Harris, Barton Harris, Wandalee Balzano; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Miriam Harris; and sister, Laverna Gilbert.

She was a devoted Christian, wife, mother, and grandmother. Frances taught English at Huntsville High School for many years. She loved the study of scripture, and many lives were touched by her servant spirit, as she ministered to those in need "behind the scenes".

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 12:30 - 2:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home, followed by service at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Paul Lombard officiating. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
