Shane T. McPeek was born September 8, 1971 to Vance and Irene McPeek.  He attended school at Huron then Central Community College at Hasting, Nebraska.  Shane died on June 6, 1992, at Superior, Nebraska.  At the time of his death, he was survived by his parents, Vanca and Irene McPeek of Superior, Nebraska, one brother, Mark McPeek of Cedar Rapid, Iowa; and grandparents, Shirley and Hazel McPeek and Alex and Lillie Parkhurst.  Shane's funeral service was 10:30AM on June 9, 1992, at the Riverview United Methodist Church at Huron with burial at Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery.
