Chrystal was my step-cousin(?). She lived next door to my Grandpa and Grandma. My Grandpa was my Dad's stepfather but he was the only one he knew as his biological father died in the flu epedemic of 1918. My Grandpa Young was Crystal's uncle. We got to spend some time together when we were outside playing and she was so kind and she exuded this. She was kind, quiet and softspoken. We drifted apart in High School and rarely saw her at my Grandparents house. I will always remember her fondly from my childhood as she was such a contrast to so many others.
