Bethany Dawn Abegglen Fair, 32, of Shelley, died at her home on Sept. 9, 2008.
She was born in Idaho Falls on June 2, 1976, to Michael Gene and Susan Hope Abegglen. She was raised in the Coltman area and attended Fairview Elementary School, and graduated as a valedictorian from Bonneville High School in 1994. She also attended Ricks College.
On March 6, 1999, she married Robert James Fair in Idaho Falls. She had worked for Melaleuca and as a textprocessor at the INEEL.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and is remembered as being a very kind and giving person.
She enjoyed doing crafts, dining at her favorite restaurants, making scrapbooks and she was an excellent cook and baker.
She loved spending time with her family, who were her very best friends, but along with her husband, Bob, Beth's 4-year-old son, Carter, was the joy of her life.
She is survived by her husband, Robert James Fair of Shelley; son Carter Michael Fair of Shelley; mother, Susan Abegglen; brothers Bryan (Heidi), Sean, Danny (Ashley) and Jeff Abegglen, all of Idaho Falls.
She was preceded in death by her father, Mike Abegglen.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2008, at the Coltman LDS Ward Chapel, 12448 N. Fifth East in Idaho Falls, with Bishop Stuart Seeley officiating. The family will visit with friends from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday at the church prior to the services. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First St., Idaho Falls.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in care of Bryan Abegglen at any Bank of Commerce location to help the family defray expenses.
